Another SUV edition comes from Subaru, new 2015 Subaru Outback. Subaru Outback is a vehicle with complicated production history. It was developed to be the wagon version of Subaru Legacy, but later it became model of its own, first by Subaru Australia, and then by the rest of Subaru dealerships. Although it became a separate model it still takes a lot of stuff from its predecessor, Subaru Legacy.
2015 Subaru Outback Styling – Inside and Outside
For short period of time, sedan version of Subaru Outback was sold in the United States it was labeled as Suaru SuS. Outback got its name from Austrlian term for their bush and off road terrains. It has that name so it can ephasize its off-road capability, which is quite modest on the other hand, even if we compare it to some smaller crossover vehicles, but it definately is more wild than the regular station wagon.
Outback is much more rugged than other regular station wagons. Five years ago Subaru increased its size and made it a mid-size vehicle. Although this model doesn’t come with common sheetmetal or parts with Subaru Legacy, it unbelievebly looks like it. 2015 model comes with more swept back front fascia, more upright grille, more curves on the hood and it is much more blunt looking than earlier models.
Interior of this vehicle looks like missing link in evolution process from an SUV to a station wagon. Middle of the dashboard looks recieved squared off look with more consideration given to audio features that were placed on the central console. It also comes with smooth curves on the dashboard and door trim that look really fantastic. Upholstery has much more quallity than in the previous models, and it is evident that Subaru is trying to make Outback more luxurious and elegant. One of the best features of this model is its ruggedness on the outside that allows you to travel on dirt roads excesivly, combined with a lot of cargo space and impressive comfort.
